Is there any benefit in travelling through Kanto rather than Johto? I want to know if it's worth taking this train over there.

I am in Kanto, at the moment, but I have not noticed much difference. I believe it is to your personal preference.

As for your other question...is it aggressive towards you, or others?

Unfortunately, I know very little about the two regions. So I don't really have an opinion on the matter.

My Nuzleaf keeps trying to attack my Wartortle.

I have the same problem with my Houndoom. He has gotten somewhat better, but I do not keep him and my Mightyena or Mawile in my team at the same time.

I don't really have much of a choice other than keep them with me.

I suppose I could just let them fight it out.

You could separate them by keeping one in its ball as the other is out, switch to give them turns.

I don't like to keep them confined.

I have more than six, which is the seemingly arbitrary limit set on how many you can carry when traveling.

You would think it'd be easier to carry them all around, rather than use those...'PC's.

The 'PC's are rather simplified and basic versions of computers available in my own world, so that I personally have little problem with using.

But yes, I also do not understand why that limit is set.

Surely someone in the Center can teach you, if and when it becomes necessary to learn. It is not much more complicated than this device--in fact, I believe it may be simpler.
