Bubble 02 [Audio]

Is there any benefit in travelling through Kanto rather than Johto? I want to know if it's worth taking this train over there.

[It sounds like he's about to say something else, but he's cut off by what sounds like some kind of squabble between his Pokémon.]

...are there any tricks to dealing with an aggressive Pokémon?

Kanto has a different badge set if I'm not mistaken and badges give you stuff, depending where you are. The train ticket is reusable too so once you get it you're set.

As for the other part... have you figured out their favorite foods? That helps sometimes.

[Utakata didn't seem to take his wordless staring so well the first time, so it only lasts for a moment before he jumps right in:]

I asked the same question upon arrival.

I am in Kanto, at the moment, but I have not noticed much difference. I believe it is to your personal preference.

As for your other question...is it aggressive towards you, or others?

There are different Pokemon found in each region, if you have a particular preference for certain types.

Kanto's cities are generally larger and more industrialised. Most towns are fairly close together, requiring a shorter travel time between.

[And apparently the ferry has delicious pound cake. But he'll omit that one, sorry Honey. Utakata is nowhere near the dock anyway.]

I have the same problem with my Houndoom. He has gotten somewhat better, but I do not keep him and my Mightyena or Mawile in my team at the same time.

You could separate them by keeping one in its ball as the other is out, switch to give them turns.

Or yes, you could let them fight it out.

I have more than six, which is the seemingly arbitrary limit set on how many you can carry when traveling.

[Seriously they can be carried in tiny little balls why only six is this some law? How do they enforce it? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS.

Someone never played Pokemon as a kid and doesn't know the rules.]

Therefore, I do not have much choice in the matter.

The 'PC's are rather simplified and basic versions of computers available in my own world, so that I personally have little problem with using.

But yes, I also do not understand why that limit is set.

Aggressive?

[These cute things, aggressive? You've got to be joking. Sure his Tyrogue likes giving him playful (at least Rude hopes they are playful) jabs to the arm, but the tiny guy isn't raging.]

Is that normal for Pokemon?

[He's glancing over at his own two, who are currently engaged in what he thought was just a rough game of tag. Now, he's worried that it might be the prelude to a fight.]
